We will organize an introductory tour of all the properties that interest you, show you the adjacent ocean and island reserves, the infrastructure around each property (hotels, restaurants, shops, marinas, etc. Upon request, we can arrange viewing of properties by helicopter. We will inform you in detail about the investment potential of each property, options and economic calculations of options for further use of the property, we will assist in choosing the most suitable property according to your individual wishes.

During your staying on Seychelles, in accordance with your wishes, we assist in organizing meetings with a lawyer and a notary. We will assist in the preparation of the necessary documents for government authorities. We will advise you on tax optimization, Seychelles banks and money transfers. It is possible to create your own construction company, obtain a license to operate a foreign construction company in Seychelles.

After the completion of the construction of the project and receipt of the operating permit from the government authorities, the property is ready for use.
